As a Licensed Cadastral & Registered Professional Surveyor, Mingo has 25 years experience as a fully qualified surveyor and is a member of Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand. He is fully conversant with all aspects of land development right from the initial feasibility, the survey of the site in its current status, the resource management & planning, the land development engineering, the land transfer or cadastral surveying, including the project management of these deliverables. Having worked together with private and public sector developers Mingo has a thorough understanding of developers’ needs, understanding timeliness is key to successful delivery.
